  1. Tetraethyltin may be systemically absorbed following ingestion or dermal contact. Muscular weakness, respiratory failure, seizures, light sensitivity, EEG changes, dizziness, headaches, sore throat, coughing, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, cerebral edema, and neurological and psychological disturbances may occur following tetraethyltin exposure. Onset may be delayed for up to several days after exposure.
