ACUTE EXPOSURE INFORMATION
- No cases of human exposure to this agent have been reported.
- Exposed experimental animals developed tonic-clonic convulsions, hyperactivity followed by severe central nervous system (CNS) depression, twitching, and listlessness. No inhibition of either blood or brain cholinesterase was noted in exposed experimental animals, and no anticholinesterase effects were described.
- Exposed experimental animals have developed slight eye irritation. Dermal irritation was not observed in experimental animals, although the material was absorbed through intact skin.
